The FixedFunds Program® offers two ways to participate:
Income Note: Designed for investors seeking regular cash flow. This five-year note pays 8% annual interest, distributed monthly.
Growth Note: Ideal for investors focused on long-term wealth accumulation. This five-year note accrues interest at 8% annually, compounding monthly. All accumulated interest is paid along with the principal at maturity. A Growth Note held to maturity generates a return of 8.30% per annum.
Both note types offer potential for stepped-up rates based on the investment amount:
- Tier 1 ($50,000 to $499,999): 8.00% annual interest
- Tier 2 ($500,000 to $999,999): 8.25% annual interest
- Tier 3 ($1,000,000+): 8.50% annual interest
