Here are the four steps we need you to take now:
1.) First, review what we look for in a “Right Fit” FixedFunds™ participant.
The FixedFunds Program™ is a collaboration between PIR and our private lender participants. We don’t work with every accredited investor who shows interest in the FixedFunds Program™…we’re looking for folks who share certain mindsets that we feel are critical to the success of this kind of collaboration.
Please review the list of mindsets below and see if they match the way you see the world. We don’t expect you to be an exact match to every part of this list, but we do use this list as a guide to help us choose the accredited investors we invite to enroll in the FixedFunds Program™.
Collaboration:
You have a history of making investments and/or working in collaboration with investment advisors and you have enjoyed both the process and the outcomes of these efforts.

Freedom:
You value your freedom of time and you look to the results of your investment activities as a path to additional income to enjoy this freedom.

Curious and Seeking:
You are open, curious, and ready to consider diversifying some of your funds into passive, fixed-rate investments.

Stability:
You chafe at investments that must be carefully monitored and timed, and you value the idea of stable interest income from at least some portion of your investment portfolio.

Real Estate:
You are interested in income-producing commercial real estate and would value a pathway that allows you to participate in stable interest income tied to these assets.

Lending at Fixed Return:
You are open to employing your funds by lending at fixed return and receiving interest income.

Cash Confident:
You are an accredited investor as defined by the SEC and you have the cash confidence to employ $50K or more into an investment for up to five years.

3.) Third, complete our Expression of Interest Form.
Now that you understand what we look for in our PIR FixedFunds Program™ participants and you’ve been through our video overview of the PIR FixedFunds Program™, you should have a good sense for whether this program is a fit for you.

4.) Fourth, join us for a Zoom® call where we’ll answer all your questions.
As soon as you submit your FixedFunds Program™ Expression of Interest Form, we’ll contact you to schedule a half-hour discussion via Zoom® with Steve Kreitzberg, President of PIR. At the end of this meeting, if both you and PIR are ready to work together, we’ll email you the FixedFunds Program™ Enrollment Materials. We look forward to working with you!
